オーストリア visa application form. Upon order completion, please download, print and sign オーストリア visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

Passport Photo: 2 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary for the duration of the trip (Applicant's name must be on itinerary). The itinerary must also include exact entry and exit dates and locations.

Employment Letter. A letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of hotel reservations (Applicant's name must be on Hotel Reservation).

Proof of residency. Copy of driver's license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address. (original+copy)

Health insurance. Proof of international health insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, specifically covering travel to Schengen states is required. The policy should cover all expenses for repatriation, emergency medical aid, and hospital treatment for the period of stay. Applicants can get a free quote and purchase valid travel insurance from our affiliate.

Bank statement. A copy of the applicant's last 3 monthly bank statements showing proof of sufficient funds. The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balance of the account, and the date of the statement. If sponsored by a private host: electronic declaration of liability.

Additional documents. If applicable, booking confirmation of an organized trip including a detailed itinerary.

Previous Visa. Copy of previous Schengen visas and entry/exit stamps.

Vaccination Card. A photo of your vaccination card/passport (png, jpeg).
